Payment

• By placing an order, you agree to our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

• All prices are in British Pounds (£) and include 20% VAT.

• Your bank statement will show the transaction as “Textile Group Ltd.”

Delivery Costs

United Kingdom (UK)

• Standard delivery (1–3 working days): £2.95

• Next working day (order before 3:00 pm): £5.95

• Free standard delivery (1–3 working days) on orders above £35

All UK orders ship via Royal Mail 24 or Royal Mail 48. Orders placed before 3:00 pm Monday–Friday are usually dispatched the same day.

Europe (EEC)

• Air Mail delivery (4–6 working days): £15.95
  Orders are usually dispatched the same day via Air Mail.

Rest of the World

• Air Mail delivery (7–14 working days): £19.95
  Orders are usually dispatched the same day via Air Mail.

Customs and Import Duties

Deliveries outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes when they arrive in your country.

• These charges must be paid by the customer.

• We cannot control or predict customs fees.

• Next-day delivery: Next working day if ordered before 3:00 pm.

Europe (EEC)

• Usually delivered within 4–6 working days.

Rest of the World

• Usually delivered within 7–14 working days.

Order Cancellation

• You have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel your order.

• Please email us as soon as possible.

• If the goods have already been dispatched, you must return them using the free post sticker provided with your delivery note.

• We will refund the full amount, including postage and return costs.

Returns and Refunds

• You have 28 days to return or exchange any order.

• Use the free post sticker included with your delivery note.

• All UK returns are free of charge. Please obtain proof of postage from your Post Office.

• Returns may take up to 5 working days to reach us. Refunds are processed within 14 days.

• Items must be in resalable condition with original tags, labels, and packaging.

• Hosiery cannot be returned if removed from its packet for hygiene reasons.

International Returns (Europe & Rest of the World)

• Please contact us before sending your return.

• Customers outside the UK are responsible for return postage costs.

⚠️ If your return is lost in transit, you must claim compensation from Royal Mail. Keep your proof of posting safe.
